Course Description:

In this course, students will learn the basic legal concepts in order to understand potential legal pitfalls and to anticipate and forestall problems involved in insurance law.

Course requirements:

The final grade will be based on a comprehensive reading and answering of Case Questions as well as end of chapter questions on a weekly basis (70%) and on a final ten-page research paper based on an aspect of the book (30%) due at the end of the class.
