Course Objectives

An overview of information systems and how they provide value in organizations by supporting organizational (or business) objectives. Also a series of Discussion Scenarios will covers human aspects of computing, types of computer systems, and general theory of systems and their relationship to the overall organization. (Note: students will need to have basic knowledge of and access to office productivity software. Microsoft Office Professional is utilized in this course.)
