Course Description:
In this course, students will learn the basic legal concepts in order to understand potential legal pitfalls and to anticipate and forestall problems involved in hospitality law.

Course requirements:
The final grade will be based on a comprehensive reading and answering of all Review Questions as
well as quiz questions on a weekly basis (70%) and on a Final Examination (30%) due at the end
of the class. The Review Questions MUST be written out and submitted, they are not simply for “your review.”

Focus of the class:
We will discuss each chapter in the following order. Please answer all questions. Although no page
limitation is required, please double-space all submissions.
