Course Description:
In this course, students will learn the basic legal concepts in order to understand potential legal pitfalls and to anticipate and forestall problems involved in e-Commerce.

Course requirements:
The final grade will be based on a comprehensive reading and answering of Case Questions as well as end of chapter questions on a weekly basis (70%) and on a final ten-page research paper based on an aspect of the book (30%) due at the end of the class.

Focus of the class:
We will discuss each chapter in the following order. Please answer all questions. Although no page limitation is required, please double-space all submissions.

I expect the students use either the American Psychological Association guidelines or the MLA guidelines when writing this paper. Please be consistent and use one or the other.
