Course Description:
This course centers on several issues that stem from the workplace, and adapts to the changes in the workforce
environment throughout the years. This edition, in particular, approaches the material through the view of the
manager, as opposed to the personnel specialist's perspective. The concepts in this course will focus on strategic
thinking in human resource management and will discuss several human resource management activities that are
related to the strategic goals and objectives of the public employer.
