Certification/Accreditation:

The Doctor of Naturopathy degree program is accredited by the American Naturopathic Medical Accreditation Board (ANMAB). Graduates are eligible to apply for the certification exam through American Naturopathic Certification Board, Inc., (ANCB).

Prerequisites:
  • Applicants should possess a Bachelors degree.
  • Submitted transcripts (Bachelor) should reflect an over-all GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • *Completion of NH500 - Medical Terminology, if a non-health care professional.
Requirements:
  • The online ND degree program requires completion of 68 credit hours. If transfer credit is given for NH500, then 66 credit hours are required. One elective will count toward these number of credits.
  • At least one elective must be taken, but a student may take more.
  • A 3.0 grade point upon the program completion to graduate.
Substitute credit sources
  • Transferable credits (accredited) - courses with 3.0 or above.
  • Life Credits (APPLE Form - Assessment Portfolio of Previous Life Experience).
