The Canyon College Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security prepares students for careers in Homeland Security. It also prepares, police officers, security officers, first responders, business owners, government employees, human resource managers, and other professionals charged with employee life safety responsibilities, to deal more effectively with the threats of terrorism, workplace violence, computer crime, and other threats to the safety of people and the survivability of the organization. The program emphasizes a practical approach towards strategic security planning and asset protection.
