College.

Five Easy Steps to Enrollment

Step one:
Submit the Electronic Online Enrollment
Application or by printing off the Printable Enrollment Application
and then faxing or mailing the completed form to Canyon College at the phone number or address shown in step two.
Step two: (Optional)
Submit the optional Electronic Online APPLE
Form or Printable APPLE Form if requesting a life experience credit
evaluation. All appropriate supporting documents as may be required by the
APPLE form and/or to substantiate life experience may be:

Mailed to: Canyon College, Attn: Registrar, 111 Poplar Street., Caldwell, Idaho 83605.
Step three:
Submit the processing fee of $35.00 and tuition by one of the following methods:
Pay Online - Secure Transaction (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express or E-Check)
Pay Through Postal Mail
Step four:
Submit a photo-copy of transcripts (if applicable) of any previously earned
credits from other colleges or universities. These items may be faxed or mailed
(see step two for instructions). Note: Please indicate any changes in your
name from those on the transcripts so the records can be matched properly.
Step five:
Canyon College will notify the student within five (5) working days after receiving the enrollment application, and required documents
(if applicable), of their acceptance status. The student will be notified by e-mail. A degree seeking student will also be sent a letter via postal mail.

begin their course study once tuition
is paid - Students may elect to pay for one course at a time. Please refer to
step three for the methods of remitting tuition payment.
