Currently serve as the clinical director of a 60-bed residential treatment facility serving adolescents with ranging diagnosis from Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, to Sexual Perpetration. Responsibilities include supervision of all clinical staff, maintaining a functioning behavior management system, documentation review, and various other administrative duties.
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources

May 1997 - July 1998
Served as primary children's mental health clinician in Covington County responsible for providing
individual, family, and group therapy to an average caseload of seventy clients. Other responsibilities
included: referrals, completing social assessments, providing diagnoses and treatment plans for
each client, and public education at local schools and other community events.
July 1998 - October 1999
Served as day treatment specialist resposible for providing behavior management in a classroom
setting of kindergarten through fourth grade students in a public school system. Duties included
day to day operation of behavior management system, providing social skills training, and addressing
ongoing mental health needs in the classroom.
October 1999 - August 2004
Coordinator of Children's Crisis Response Team in Forrest and Jones Counties. Responsibilities
include supervision of all Children's Crisis Team staff, daily administrative decisions, review
of program's budget, assessment of ongoing services, and other administravtive duties as they
occur. Member of the "On-Call" team dedicated to providing 24-hour care and emergency services
to the residents of South Mississippi. Trained in Critical Incident Stress Management by the
International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and Coordinator of the Pine Belt CISM Team,
which responds to major crises in and around the area of South Mississippi. Certified trainer
of Mandt by David Mandt and Associates.
Pine Grove Recovery Center Adolescent Pavilion
August 1994 - April 1997

Provide guidance as clinical assistant to children / adolescent seeking treatment in an acute
care inpatient psychiatric hospital. Serve as group leader and facilitator accountable for training
and educating patients on topics such as anger control, increasing self-esteem, and positive
communication skills. Served as interim expressive therapist responsible for providing group
therapy, documentation, and program planning. Trained in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Crisis
Prevention Intervention. Awarded with letter of commendation for maintaining professionalism during
crisis.
