Conduct investigations into members of organized criminal activity, corruption and fraud;
gather intelligence of organized criminal members and associates; engage in the use of undercover
investigative techniques; use of electronic and physical surveillance of subjects of investigations;
make recommendations to the Legislature and Governor of the State of New Jersey; testify in judicial
proceedings and public hearings, empowered to act as peace officer in the State of New Jersey and
authorized to make arrests, apprehend and bring to justice those in violation of the criminal code of

CIVILIAN COMPLAINT REVIEW BOARD, New York, NY Investigator I, November 1998 - January 2000 Investigated allegations of force, abuse of authority, discourtesy and offensive language against members of the New York City Police Department; interviewed complainants, witnesses and subject police officers; prepared complex reports based on findings of investigations and submitted same to the New York City Police Commissioner; made recommendations for disciplinary action, testified at Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings.
