QUALIFICATIONS

• As a certified Law Instructor I routinely conduct extensive course outline preparation and effective course instruction.

• I am experienced with investigations concerning the violations of the Immigration and Naturalization Act and the Criminal Provisions of the United States Code. I make administrative arrests for white collar offenses and initiate criminal proceedings against violent criminals such as drug smugglers and human cargo traffickers.

• I have outstanding writing skills as demonstrated by my ability to prepare technical and official documents and reports.

• Ensure the safety of the passengers, crew, and team members aboard any aircraft registered in the United States.
• Conduct Anti-Terrorist operations as they relate to the security of the air space within the United States.
• Conduct undercover operation in the deterrence and apprehension of terrorist suspects.
