With nearly 20 years of experience in home health, critical care, and nursing education as direct provider and manager with significant experience in employee education, I have successfully coordinated and formulated a home health agency, introduced an effective corporate compliance program, implemented HIPAA changes, and successfully facilitated numerous state and federal surveys to compliance minimal or no deficiencies.
