- Expertly crafted a comprehensive Emergency Preparedness Plan for the hospital that set a benchmark used by BUMED’s Office of Homeland Defense to train other Federal Coordinating Centers, a first.
- Achieved 100% participation of thirteen Washington, DC civilian hospitals to participate in the National Disaster Medical System Program, a first.
- Achieved 100% department compliance with annual training requirements and JCAHO requirements, a first.
