Interviewed and counseled applicants. Responsible for administering the School Leadership Written Exercise. Maintained and created all confidential screening reports, files and records. Managed the Application Center. Chosen to serve on the Human Resources Core Team for a People Soft process design project.

Selected to work in a newly created position. Served as an advisor/consultant to hiring managers during the recruitment and selection of exempt employees for the University.
