Experience:

1986 to present: Substitute teacher for Trumbull County Schools.

1988 to present: Private tutor for all subjects, especially subjects involving learning disabilities. (Reading, reading comprehension, vocabulary, use of the multi-sensory approach for teaching, and phonics) Worked with children with ADD and ADHD, Auditory input/or output processing problems, visual perceptual problems, dyslexia, short-term memory problems.

1988 to present: Home schooled my five children. Oldest is a graduate assistant at John Carroll University. Successfully home schooled my second son, diagnosed with dyslexic/ADHD/ with learning disabilities. Presently a senior at YSU majoring in Criminal Justice/ minoring in computer science/psychology.

• National Professional Speaker on Learning Disabilities, Home Schooling Issues and Religious topics
• Written: "The Doorway to Heaven", soon to be published
• National Representative to Rome, Italy in 1995 and 1997 for Catholic Home Schoolers
• Co-founder and President of the Catholic Home School Network of America (CHSNA)
• Board Member of NOAS (Northern Ohio Adoption Services)
