10/2003 - Present - Faculty, Kaplan University, Davenport, Iowa
Economics and finance instructor for courses in both a synchronous and asynchronous online environment. Assess students’ progress, identify individual student’s strengths and weaknesses, and implement learning strategies to assist with academic growth. Assisted the institutional research department developing course rubrics and assessing course and program outcomes. Have held positions as a course lead to oversee course development, effectiveness and timeliness. Assisted with the conversion of asynchronous and synchronous courses to a synchronous-only platform, which required assignment selections that maintain the integrity of each course and the business program. Serve as a faculty mentor to new economics instructors, and provide recommendations to administration regarding continued course assignments.
