Firm Administrator: Responsible for all aspects of recruiting firm's management including
daily operations, financial operations, human resources and benefits administration, and
marketing campaigns; serves as corporate liaison between recruiting firm and corporate
executives; conducts all corporate recruiting which includes actively recruiting and identifying
internal candidates, pre-screening individuals, interviewing selected candidates, verifying
references, and negotiating salary and compensation packages; manages employee performance
review process; coordinates employee computer training, orientation, seminars and continuing
education; assists corporate executives with designing new corporate policies and procedures
manual while modifying existing procedures; implements company corporate policies and guidelines;
monitors corporate overhead budget; assists with annual budget.
