    • Experience:

    Taught Tourism and Hotel Management, for more than eight years, at two Florida Universities. Presently teaching Hotel Management at a third Florida College.

    During my 10 years of teaching, I have taught the full gambit of Hospitality Courses both in Hotel Management and Tourism. I presently teach one class, "Hotel Front Desk Operations" at St. Petersburg College (My classroom is "beamed" to a second campus with in the system).

    I have been a member of the Hospitality Industry since graduating from MSU in 1968. My career has taken me to over 40 countries in the world where I have observed B&B's, Country Inns, Hotels and Motels in operation.

    Presently, I am the President of International Realty Plus +,LLC, a company that specializes in the sale of Hospitality Properties. I also do consulting, known in the industry as "The Inn Doctor," where I specialize in consulting with new Innkeepers desiring to open "Boutique Hotels" and "Bed & Breakfasts."

    My entire career has been spent in the "Hospitality Industry," including several positions in sales and marketing for companies like Hert Rent-a-Car, Business Incentives, Maritz Motivation and Travel Company and several more.

    I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Mortgage Broker. I have excellent command of how to finance and the feasibility of financing your proposed purchase of B&B's, Country Inns, Motels, or Hotels. I have special knowledge about loans guaranteed by the United State Small Business Administration (SBA).

    With years of experience, I am qualified to give you a unique and unbiased perspective about your proposed purchase, sale, or ongoing operations. I have been involved in the sale and purchase of properties from (5) rooms to 200+ rooms.
