Behavioral Lab Manager (full time). 2000 - 2001
INSEAD Research Foundation. Responsible for the behavioral laboratory in legal and technical terms, coordination of the research assistants and Ph.D. students. Setting up of the data collection system (data warehouse). INSEAD is usually ranked the number one or the number two business school in Europe by Business Week and Newsweek.

Manager R&D (full time) of Predict /Tech. 1999 - 2000
Predict /Tech provided software and services that helped organizations to proactively identify and continuously nurture the optimal customer base, whilst addressing business issues such as client retention, cross-sell, up-sell, acquisition, churn, channel migration, and optimization. This focus resulted in higher profitability and lower costs for our clients.

- Brought specialized knowledge to the task of objectively assessing people, jobs and organizational contexts. Involved in a wide range of projects, including the development of new ability tests, job analysis, validation studies and various consultancy projects to design recruitment procedures for clients.
