Hi All:

I am Professor Aysar Philip Sussan, an Engineer by profession, and let me tell you about my educational background, I hold a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University in Pennsylvania. A Master degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University in New York City. As well as two Doctorial specialty one in Human Resources Management and another in International Management from NSU in Florida.

I have hold some administrative positions such as Director of the MBA program at Florida Metropolitan University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL., and Dean of Academic Affairs at Keiser College in Tallahassee, Fl.

Currently I am a Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Central Florida, a State Institution in Orlando, Florida. Also, I have been a consultant for the past ten years for service and manufacturing organizations locally and globally. During my academic profession, I have taught graduate and undergraduate students in Europe, Middle-East, Canada, Jamaica, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean Islands.

I have been living for the last ten years in the sun shine state (Florida), currently I am living in Daytona Beach, Florida, the home of the Bickers and Spring Breakers. I am married with a beautiful wife from Richmond, Virginia, and we have one son.
My favorite hobby is Tennis, and Swimming.

Currently I serve on the editorial board for the Global Competitiveness Journal, sponsored by the American Society for Competitiveness. I enjoy writing research papers, and I am a Track Chair for two International Conferences.
