Currently the Administration Deputy supervising ACA Accreditation, Facility Self-Assessment, business, fiscal and personnel functions, maintenance, staff development, internal controls and investigations.

Chaired state wide Community Based Task Force for Division of Youth - 1988-1990; designed and implemented Wappinger Falls Public School Quality Improvement Project in 1992, expanding utilization of computers in alternative education.
Participated on a variety of community boards addressing police/community relations, race relations, and education. Taught college level courses in social psychology and criminal justice at local two and four year colleges; developed an alternative college program for full-time staff through New York State University, and served on a local school board. Experienced in starting professional and advocacy organizations and crisis intervention.
