9/87-10/90: Stability Training and Re-entry. Executive Director of a halfway house for recovering alcoholics/addicts using the 12-step social recovery model.

2/90-1/92: Wolford Research Group, Executive Director & Community Representative. Helping community groups develop necessary skills to identify alcohol, drug abuse and other social problems and possible solutions; provide alcohol, drug abuse and social work education and prevention services; help communities identify resources available to assist in alleviating abuse and social problems, participating in and involving the community in, prevention activities including supervising panel discussions with professionals, prevention presentations and counselor training sessions for mental health paraprofessionals through the Neighborhood Recovery Center, education and training for the San Diego County Sheriffs Department Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program, (DARE) in prenatally damaged children

1/91 to 1/92: Marriage, Family, and Child Counselor. Employed by St. Peters Episcopal Church, Del Mar, CA. Principle activities include individual and group psychotherapy, workshops on a variety of self help related topics such as stress reduction, relationship skills, guided imagery, self hypnosis, family communication workshops, children's groups focusing on harmonious play skills, retreats, and the institution of ongoing groups such as singles ministry, young adults group, etc. Organized and supervised volunteers in the implementation of Young Adult Groups, Therapy Discussion Groups and Christian Conflicts Group. Business History
1985-1/1/91: Owner, Developers Funding, focusing on commercial, industrial, multifamily and tract development and mortgage brokerage. Responsible for all aspects of business, client/lender liaison, public relations, supervision, business development, ongoing relations, hiring, site inspections, extensive underwriting and credit analysis, appraiser selection and appraisal review, correspondence, some aspects of funding control, performance bonds, and all contractual arrangements. Extensive experience in partnerships, (both general and limited) venture capital, new business financing, and other start up procedures. Funding experience includes all types of commercial, residential, industrial lending, as well as construction, take out, joint ventures, development consulting, supervising four loan production employees.

Development Projects Completed
MEADOW SPRINGS ESTATES: 314 Acre subdivision in Oakhurst, California. Implementation and syndication through final map and sales. Extensive community relations, community joint planning group leader.

TAYLOR MOUNTAIN RANCH: 640 Acre parcel map split into 40 acre parcels Oakhurst, California.

BASS LAKE VIEW LOTS: Bass Lake, California. Development of 6 lot subdivision into high end resort homes.

SIERRA VIEW SUBDIVISION: Oakhurst, California. Development of 80 acres into 3 acre mini ranches. Inception through final map & sales. Extensive road pioneering, map work, survey, soils & septic research, drainage studies & culvert installation. Responsibilities the same as Meadow Springs.
