PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Research & Development: Developed Case Management components for program managing 14 chronic diseases. Lead initial research, developed the implementation, customer service, quality improvement and contract management components. Responsible for program implementation with managed care organizations. Provided ongoing research, customer service, contract management and outcomes reporting. Developed core curriculum and trained staff in continuous quality improvement (CQI).

Academic Affiliations: Research and syllabus development for on-line teaching of Case Management for the Healthcare Manager. Developed for non-case managers obtaining Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) to better manage Case Management departments in all settings.

Marketing and Healthcare Systems Knowledge: Sales and marketing of insurance reimbursement systems including third party administrators, self-insured employers, insurance carriers, managed care organizations and case management organizations.
